关于从hadoop导数据到ES的日期格式问题

日期在JSON文件中是“2014-01-02 19:04:36”这种形式的，要导入进ES中怎样成为Date类型？官网中这样说：es.mapping.timestamp (default none)
The document field/property name containing the document timestamp. To specify a constant, use the <CONSTANT> format.
但是不太能理解这句话说的意思和映射格式
求大神帮助！
