即： 一个 git 地址找不到， 上面这个git地址， 在浏览中， 输入确实是 404
问题是： 这个 git 地址(https://github.com/elastic/rally-tracks/info/refs )是做什么用的？ 现在版本已经更新了吗？如果更新了， 应该在什么位置进行配置， 应该如何解决这个问题
