filebeat 收集不到日志

用filebeat收集nginx日志
filebeat报错：Non-zero metrics in the last 30s
收不到日志

nginx日志目录权限：
drwxr-xr-x  2 nginx    nginx      39 Feb  9 15:16 nginx

nginx日志文件权限：
-rw-r--r-- 1 nginx nginx 32522 Feb  9 15:31 access.log
-rw-r--r-- 1 nginx nginx         0 Feb  9 14:45 error.log
